Terms: All orders must be paid in advance unless arrangements for credit have been agreed upon in writing. This Invoice is due and payable as stated under "terms". Collection costs including all fees and costs incurred in the collection of delinquent bills plus 1.5% per month interest accruing from 30th day after the shipping date will be charged. There is a $25 return check charge. 

Returns: Must be approved by HBS Kwanzaa Shop and/or Designs For Better Giving under ALL circumstances. No returns will be accepted on merchandise not in original condition or on sales items. Credit for returned goods cannot be given until goods are received in our warehouse. HBS Kwanzaa Shop is not responsible for any discrepancies on orders received by parties other than the invoiced customer.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS or US Mail unless otherwise stated by customer. All shipments include shipping and handling and are F.O.B. Los Angeles or New York. 

Cancelled or Refused orders: All orders are considered firm at the time of placement. Changes will not be made once the order is placed. Cancelled orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refused orders will be charged the 15% restocking fee plus freight charges.
